OUR PARADISE SPOT NOW COULD BE YOURS

DHIFFUSHI ISLAND ދިއްފުށި

Dhiffushi is located 36,6 km northeast of Male, the capital of Maldives. It's size is 950 m x 200 m. The island is narrow so in some places on both sides of the street the view will be on the ocean. There are two bikini beaches, on the North and South Side of the Island. On the first one you will find a cafe and well-equipped water sports center, sunbeds and umbrellas which we provide here free of charge. South beach is wilder and more private, it's a perfect place for a quiet, relaxing break. There are hammocks in the water and hand-made local stylished huts. The island has a very good infrastructure like: health centre with a pharmacy, restaurants, local cafes where you can try delicious local snacks, called “short eats” prepared on the basis of tuna and coconut. Souvenir shops as well. Do You surf? surfer? Great, we have good spot for both beginners and advanced surfers. Looking for big waves? Within 15 minutes by boat there is a one of the most famous spots in the country, Cokes. From the international airport in Male (MLE), Dhiffushi can be reached in three ways, two of them are public transport, ferry and speedboat. Public ferry rate is the lowest, however, you should adapt to it's schedule and the port from it leaves. Speedboat is the most convinient option, goes three times a day and route takes only 45 minute.. The third option is a private speedboat that will pick up guests from the airport at any time.

MALDIVES

Maldives is situated in the Indian Ocean and a country of South Asia, which is 450 miles west of Sri Lanka. It is a small nation that consists approximately 1,192 coral islands that form an archipelago of 26 major atolls built up from the crowns of a submerged ancient volcanic mountain range. All the islands are low-lying, none rising to more than 6 feet (1.8 metres) above sea level. Barrier reefs protect the islands from the destructive effects of monsoons. These give us a rare glimpse of a paradise and consistently whiter-than-white powder sand and luminous cyan-blue water likes this almost nowhere else on earth. The official language is an Indo-European language called Dhivehi (or Maldivian); English are also spoken. Islam is the state religion. country and care needs to be taken in relation to the dress code on local islands. Whilst it is acceptable for men to wear T Shirts and shorts or swim shorts; females should avoid causing offence by maintaining a more conservative approach to clothes by wearing T Shirts, loose shorts or sarongs and avoid wearing bikinis and swimwear unless on an un- inhabited island, picnic island, sandbank, dive boat or resort island. Alcoholic beverages are available only at all tourist resorts. Day trip to the Resort You will find in "Exursions" section.
